Kids Nation magazine was born out of a dream to empower

future generations

around the world

What are we facing?

One-third of youth globally experience bullying in school.

The average 2-year-old child hears 432 negative statements per day, but only 32 positive statements each day, according to a research study at the University of Iowa.

Rise in hospital admissions for young people with eating disorders. Most of the 2,560 who went to hospital as inpatients were very young – 15 was most common age, and some were under 5.

In the US alone, more than 24 million children live in a home without the physical presence of a father. Millions more have dads who are physically present, but emotionally absent.

We’ve been asking this question: “What if we could do something about it?”
In fact, there’s a lot we can do! … starting with our own family and community.

Our vision

Identity

We see future generations who know their identity and value life, because every person is valuable.

02

03

Purpose

We see future generations who are wise and live with purpose.
